It is possible to ship equipment to the venue from Friday, August 21. Please note that the venue will be closed during the summer period. Any shipments arriving before August 21 may not be accepted.
All the shipments should be addressed to Beppie Gerrits / UMCG congres.
There is an elevator, which has a maximum of 360 Kilo.
You can start the build up on Sunday August 23, the location will be accessible from 12:00 CET to 17:00 CEST.
On Monday we will welcome the attendees at 07:45 CET and the programme starts at 08:15 CET.
Dismantling is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, following the final session at 16:00 CET, due to potential noise disturbance.
